By using BirdsWorth's services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
BirdsWorth provides web development, Minecraft plugin development, Discord bot development, server setup and custom software services. Service details, timelines and pricing are agreed upon before work begins.
Payment terms are agreed per project. We may require a deposit before starting work. All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to pause work if payments are not received on time.
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom work we create for you. BirdsWorth retains the right to use open source libraries and tools in our work. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
The number of revisions included is agreed per project. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If we fail to deliver the agreed work, you are entitled to a refund of any deposits paid. We do not offer refunds for completed and delivered work.
BirdsWorth is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
